Model 231

SGI has adopted its own Model 231 in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, and has established a collegial Supervisory Body responsible for monitoring the functioning and compliance with Model 231.

Model 231 does not replace but complements the control system that the Company already has in place, and it is an integral part of and completes the Code of Ethics: the overall set of safeguards guides the Company towards the goal of legality and transparency that S.G.I. S.p.A. aims to uphold in every area of activity.
